High Pressure Hydraulic Lines 140 to 420 PSI

Specifications
Details

High Pressure Hydraulic Hose is specially designed for hydraulic systems requiring high-pressure transmission of petroleum-based and water-based fluids. With reinforcement options from single braid to multiple spiral wire layers, it ensures superior strength, flexibility, and reliability under extreme working conditions.

Construction:

  • Tube: Oil-resistant synthetic rubber (suitable for petroleum, synthetic, and water-based fluids)

  • Reinforcement: High-tensile steel wire braid (1 or 2 braids) or 4–6 spiral wire layers (depending on pressure rating)

  • Cover: Abrasion-, ozone-, weather-, and oil-resistant synthetic rubber

Specifications:

  • Working Pressure: 140 to 420 Bar (2,000 to 6,000 PSI depending on hose type)

  • Safety Factor: Minimum 4:1 (burst pressure ≥ 4 × working pressure)

  • Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C (up to +125°C with special compounds)

Applications:

  • High-pressure hydraulic lines for industrial and mobile equipment

  • Construction and mining machinery

  • Agricultural and forestry equipment

  • Marine and offshore hydraulic systems

  • Heavy-duty hydraulic lifts, presses, and tools
